S’il y a bien un phénomène de mode qui perdure depuis quelques années au Burkina, c’est bien celui de l’entrepreneuriat. Et ce qui est grave, c’est que de nos jours, vous avez des étudiants inscrits dans de bonnes filières ou pas peu importe, et qui sont complexés de dire qu’ils sont juste étudiant en telle année de telle filière. On est étudiant, c’est tout, on n’a pas à avoir honte quand on sait ce que l’on veut et confiant de ses choix universitaires. De nos jours, si tu te présentes et tu ne laisses pas apparaître que tu fais du business à côté avec un long chapelet de termes comme : freelance, coach, e-commerce, formateur, influenceur, community-manager, etc. On te regardera avec un air de paria ou d’échec de la société en devenir.
Mon frère, on ne veut pas tous devenir entrepreneur, on ne peut tous le devenir de toute façon, en tout cas pas avec la structure de notre économie actuelle. Et ce que l’on oublie de dire, c’est que l’on construit une société où vous avez des universitaires qui ne font ni des réelles études, ni de l’entrepreneuriat. Il n’est pas rare de voir des étudiants sous l’impulsion de certaines vidéos diffusées sur les réseaux sociaux ou ailleurs, vont commencer à vouloir être des « e-commerçants ou vendeurs en ligne ». Encore une fois, je rappelle mon propos, je n’ai rien contre l’entrepreneuriat. Il nous faut faire la part des choses, on ne peut pas poursuivre deux lièvres à la fois. Aussi, on ne confond pas activité saisonnière et entrepreneuriat. Et le plus important, c’est qu’en toute chose, on fait ce que l’on aime (entrepreneuriat ou pas) et on le fait bien sans se laisser un influencer par quiconque.
Il va falloir encadrer ce phénomène à mon sens pour éviter des dérives et conduire les étudiants, droit dans des poteaux.
